We got to move into our new home in Liberty Lake this week. Jackson was playing in the house the first night we got the keys and fell down. He had to have five stitches in the back of his head. Then, later in the week, he fell again and had to go to the ER for a C shaped laceration on his nose. He got his mom's clumsy genes.
Jackson is talking up a storm. He can say Riley, Jackson, and thank you. Jackson gave his dad a drink and Drew did not say thank you. So, Jackson squatted down and got right in Drew's face and said, "Thank you." It was so cute!
Carson has a tooth on top now and another one on the way. He is up to three teeth: two on the bottom and one on the top. He loves eating crackers. I think it helps with the teething. I let him have a few bites of ice cream and he ate an entire container of yogurt this week. I think that the cool food feels good on his gums.
We took the boys on their first bike ride in the trailer this weekend. The weather has been wonderful so we have spent a lot of time playing outside. We also got the cold weather crops planted in our garden.

2 Years Old and 6 Months Week 3
Jackson and Carson have been going to daycare at the gym each weekday. Jackson loves coloring. Almost everyday, we get a new picture of Thomas the Train. He calls every train "Thomas." He can spot train tracks from miles away.
We have finally taught Jackson to say, "Thank you," and "Help me, please." When Mommy says, "You're welcome." Jackson says, "I know." He seems to know a lot these days.
This weekend was Mommy's birthday. We took the kids to a park only the locals know about to play. It was right by the river in Idaho.
Mommy and Daddy got a babysitter and went out for the first time. We visited a local winery that is on a cliff overlooking Spokane. It was beautiful!

2 Years Old and 6 Months Week 1
We took the boys walking on the Centennial Trail this weekend. There is an enormous county park just to the north west Spokane. There is a swinging bridge across the Bowl and Pitcher rapid. We had a picnic lunch before we walked across the bridge.
The weather was pretty crummy this weekend. The wind is so cold! We dyed Easter eggs. I found some containers that don't leak liquid to dye the eggs in. It worked much better than trying to help Jackson gently place on egg in a cup and then get it out with a wire like last year. We did not break any eggs this year.
Carson is rolling all over the place. He smiles whenever he sees Jackson, Dada or Mommy. He is trying to get up on his knees to crawl. He can push up on his hands. I still cannot get him to sit up on his own. He loves eating crackers. I think that they help with the teething but they make a huge mess. Carson can hold his own bottle which is very helpful.
Jackson loves going to daycare at the gym. He runs in every morning and I have to drag him out after I workout. He loves to color. His teacher says that he is the official greeter. He says, "Hi!" to everyone as they come in.
